Bed and Breakfast Rooms:
    
Summer: A three night minimum for advance reservations.

Bed & Breakfast room—one queen bed /private bath & private entryway .

$150 per night plus tax for one or two people.

Bed & Breakfast 2 bedroom suite—one queen room and a private bath and adjoining room has a set twin beds and a private bath --each has private entryway.

$250 per night plus tax for 2-4 people

Condo-3 bedroom/3 bath completely furnished

$1800 a week/ $350 per night/4 night minimum for 3-6 people max.

Condo -2 bedroom /2 bath completely furnished

$1600 a week/$300 per night 4 night minimum 2-4 people max.

Payment

We accept Visa and Master Card and we charge your stay when you make your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Bed and Breakfast Rooms: 10-day notice required. $25.00 cancellation fee.

Vacation/Corporate Condo: A six-week cancellation notice is required, a cancellation fee of 1/3 of the total rental will be charged.
A refundable $100 cleaning fee is required.
